I have had to call Milani on three occasions for emergency plumbing repairs at my house. Each time the service personnel having been professional, timely and dealt with the issues efficiently. On the most recent visit, Winston did a good job adjusting to the piping in our house and auger a clearing in our root clogged sewer line. I appreciate the ability to book and know the arrival time of the service personnel. I have found the times provided by the dispatchers to be accurate

My rental condo had been tenanted for 3 years and was left dirty by the outgoing tenants. Frank was accommodating in arranging an appointment time before my next tenants arrived. The crew was friendly and quickly got to work. The carpets were cleaned well, but the rest of the suite was not what I would consider a deep clean, which is what I had requested. I realise that there was accumulated dirt and grease, but I had to follow up on areas like the front of the microwave and inside the fridge where there was still quite a number of dirty spots left. Overall I would have called it a good superficial clean, but not a deep clean.

ProRise was able to paint our rental condo on short notice and in a very tight timeline. Joseph was very professional, easy to reach and accommodating in meeting my budget and timing. The crew was friendly and very efficient doing a quality job. The condo now looks a lot fresher and was ready for my new tenants. It is definitely on the more expensive side, but you get what you pay for and in my mind the extra money was well worth the service, quality of the job done and paint used. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone or use them again.
