Fantastic customer service. We had been suffering from basement leaks for a while and no one could figure out why. Nico et al spent the time to assess the situation. The staff did a great job. After the work was done there was some refinement required and them responded within one day to fix it.

Wonderful customer service. Easy to book appointments. Accommodated my timeframe by coming early in the morning. Very pleasant and informative. Gave good suggestions of what to watch for in the future. I have already recommended them to 2 other people.

I was very happy with The Duct Cleaning Specialists. The customer service was exemplary, from the first phone call through the completion of the duct cleaning. Very pleasant and professional staff. The even gave us some good suggestions on how to maintain the work they had done. I would recommend them to anyone.
