I called Guy when my husband was released from hospital without much warning. He came right away and gave me all the information I needed about various bath solutions my husband would be able to use. He did not pressure me to buy any particular tub but gave pros and cons for each of his products. I decided on the walk in tub. Guy gave me written information on what to expect, warranties, time of installation, quality etc. He went out of his way to have it done as soon as possible. His crew came right on time, were very polite, answered all my questions and were spotless in their clean up especially Dave. I couldn't have asked for better service and have recommended his company to all my friends.
