Margaret.C  15/05/2016The moving team was so thoughtful and professional in dealing with the packing and loading of my household items from Sherwood Park and the move-in at Abbotsford, BC. Claude and Mike handled all aspects of the move process with exceptional care and attention, and maintained superior standards from start to finish. Claude and Mike were also more than happy to accommodate any requests I had,and were lovely to work with in getting the household setup. A big thank you to Mel for the excellent packing of all the fragile items. Not one piece was damaged, and I am truly impressed by her ability to pack those items,as I know it takes incredible skill to do so.Highland is indeed fortunate to have Claude, Mike and Mel on their staff. They all are wonderful to work with, and are true stars in providing exceptional customer service to their clients.I would like to express my appreciation for Melanie, the Relocation Specialist. Melanie worked with me in refining the details, to ensure the right supplies were on hand, as well as accommodated my request for a move-in date that worked best for me.Thank you to Claude, Mike, Mel and Melanie for all your efforts. You were such a pleasure to work with throughout the relocation process.

I was thoroughly impressed and greatly appreciated the professional and courteous service provided by the Technicians, Kevin and John. They were efficient, careful about working around the household furnishings and informative about the procedures as well as provided helpful hints for future maintenance of the system. They both were lovely to deal with and gentlemen in every aspect of their conduct.
