Dave Marcotte and his crew did outstanding work at our home. I would recommend him without hesitation for any size project of any technical complexity. This was a relatively large-scale project with a basement surface area of over 1700 sq ft of very thick concrete that needed to be broken-up and removed by hand in order to lower the floor. The foundation then needed to be waterproofed from the outside, most of which was also dug-out by hand. Dave has very high work ethics and values work being done properly. His enthusiastic 'fluorescent' crew was in early consistently everyday to start the work with Dave onsite to supervise and help out. (Yes, the old man can still haul a wheelbarrow full of concrete!). When the work was done, the site was left tidy and a special attention was dedicated to repair signs of the unavoidable wear and tear to the landscape.
