The company had done work in our neighbourhood so when we discovered a leak we contacted them to do the repairs. My contact person was Kathleen,who was professional and polite. Temporary repairs were carried out followed by a complete repair just a few weeks later. The company was efficient; they followed up on all their work and their crew was professional and tidy.

Reliability and quality are our priority in any job and John, Dave and Paul definitely fulfill these criteria. We rethought some of our design plans along the way, and John was very accommodating in adjusting the plans. It was a good experience all round and in fact, John came so highly recommended that we did not get any other quotes, as one usually does. We were not disappointed and we highly recommend him. The deck looks beautiful and definitely has the " wow" factor.

This is the second project that Cynthia is working on for us and I had no hesitation in using her again. Her integrity, honesty, reliablity and interpretive skills are enough reason to engender confidence. She is a warm, friendly person, but highly professional. Nothing is too much effort and she understands what it means to stay in budget.

The crew was professional in every way. They were knowlegeable, efficient and very neat. We had cedars pruned, trees removed and trees transplanted. Most of all, they were very obliging and they left the garden immaculate.

We have an established garden. Over the years, we have tried many companies to maintain it, but most companies hire students who have no knowledge of plants. Everything either got pulled out as a "weed", or nothing was done. This year, Pro Garden have done a wonderful job of maintaining the garden. In fact, the garden has never looked better. This is definitely a company which does more than mow the lawn. The beds are always kept neat and the lawn looks great.
