Homestars system is rotten compared to the repair service from FixAppliances. Nick was brilliant and I will use him again a heartbeat. Posting this review is a pain, howeverthis site is not mobile-friendly.

On a scale of 1-10, these guys are 15. Ive only used them once, but Im eagerly seeking excuses to use them again. Andrei was my only contact and he is professional and knowledgeable and very careful to avoid casual over-hyped assurances. He manages expectations perfectly and then out-delivers.

Suffered ice storm damage. Dozens of trees wrecked, some dangerously so. Some busted limbs on house. Elite removed everything, no damage to buildings/other trees. Guys are pros. We'll always use them.

These guys have done two major renovations for us. They are exceptional. They are professional. They are super-clean. They manage expectations perfectly. They don't require supervision. They exercise great judgement and, when uncertain, simply ask. The last small job they did for us we didn't even ask for a quote. I would trust these guys under any circumstances. They are also nice.

David is an incredible craftsman. I don't think I'd ask him to fix a leaky faucet, but if I had a job requiring fine work and meticulous attention to detail, he'd be my guy. I've never seen anybody from any trade work with the precision of David, and he's not just a craftsman; his overall knowledge is incredible.
