From the beginning, I was very impressed with this company. Marian came to my house to quote our move. He was punctual and professional. His estimate was very accurate and he answered all of my questions. He was available throughout our packing up for guidance and support. Shortly before the move, he contacted me via email with a reminder and the opportunity to clarify any more questions or concerns. On the day of the move, Marian and his staff were (once again) punctual and professional. They handled all of our items with care and were very flexiible as I tried to steam clean incoming area rugs and decide exactly where I wanted some pieces of furniture to go. Once all items were in the house or garage as requested, Marian's team quickly and efficiently cleaned up their supplies. They were very well organized and very efficient. Marian estimated almost to the minute how long our move would take and, as a result, we had budgeted correctly for our move. I would recommend Toronto Pro Moving without hesitation.
