March 25, 2024 Of all the many moves Ive made - personal, studio, and office, yesterdays move with El Cheapo surpassed them all in quality, professionalism, energy, attitude, and careful handling of all our possessions. If youre looking for a mover look no further than El Cheapo! Dmytro and Kanish were incredible. What a team! The best Ive ever worked with. On time - worked at a careful and steady pace - and always made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. They even repaired an IKEA wardrobe! It was an odd move. After a fire extinguisher exploded in our apartment everything we own had to be removed from the apartment for commercial deep cleaning. Two balconies, a shed, and the backyard were filled with our possessions. Dmytro and Kanish put our home back together! Booking with Narjes was a very good experience. She arranged for everything we wanted and more. The senior discount was much appreciated. Thanks Narjes, Patrick, and Jeff in the office. Thank you so much Dmytro and Kanish - youre the best! El Cheapo is the only company we know of that charges by fifteen minute increments after the first hour. You only pay for the actual time used no matter how much time you booked. We booked three hours but only paid for the hour and a half we used. Great idea! We HIGHLY recommend El Cheapo Movers!

Last Friday I hired White Shark to clean all of the exterior windows of a three story building - Business and 2 apartments. When Julie quoted $85 + HST I thought it was very reasonable. This company is a joy to work with, from the estimate through completion. The crew of Wes, Daniel, and Travis was great! They dodged rainstorms and finished my job on the scheduled day! The crew was incredibly efficient, hard-working, organized, friendly, and VERY professional. The windows are immaculately clean. The crew even did the inside of the ground-floor business' window as a courtesy! The pricing for White Shark's services makes it affordable for people that cannot clean their own windows - interior and exterior. I told a disabled friend about White Shark and he was thrilled. I highly recommend White Shark to anyone and everyone looking for the best window cleaning service available in Toronto. El Cheapo moved us from a house to an apartment last Sunday. Our team of Mike, Carl, and Jackson were simply fantastic! They were on time and ready to roll. They treated us with kindness and respect - and all of our things too! Our new second-floor apartment is brand-new with freshly painted walls and polished wood floors. The guys didn't leave one tiny scratch or smudge anywhere! The entire experience - from getting an estimate from Toby, booking with Simon, getting every detail right with Gail, to the great moving crew - was professional, friendly, and downright enjoyable! The cost was less than we expected for such an amazing job. If you have had nightmare experiences with movers in the past - Call El Cheapo - and your bad memories will evaporate! My experience with Tom Trucker was a nightmare. I was moving my household from the 2nd and 3rd floor of a house to storage. The move started off well enough, but after going up and down the 3rd floor stairs a few times the two guys had a conference - and then told me they weren't going to move anything else because they said I had bedbugs! There were never any bedbugs. They overturned a shelving unit that I hadn't finished clearing off, and broke several precious family items. And I provided my own receipt book and had them sign it for the $750 I was charged, because they said they didn't give receipts at the time of the move. I had to book another mover the next day to complete my move. The move ended up costing me double what I had originally budgeted. Stay away from Tom Trucker if you value your belongings and your peace of mind.
