Our salesman, Cy, was a great resource for me. I had done my research but still knew very little about the heat exchanger we needed installed on our third floor. Two other companies gave me estimates but very little information or advice on the different types of units I should be considering. I had lots of questions and Cy answered them all and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. The installation was done expertly and efficiently even though it was in a tough space to reach. The crew made sure to review the work that had been done before they left. We are very happy with our dual unit and with the service we received throughout the process. We started researching a company to replace our beloved front porch in July. Lasko was the first company I got an estimate from and following "best practice" I sought out two more estimates. This took a while seeing as it was summer and the companies I called were very booked up. Still, Oren kept checking in and answered all of my questions (and there were many!). In the end, we went with Lasko and we're very happy with the results. We wanted a pine tongue and groove floor instead of cedar and Oren went over the pros and cons with us. In the end, we will need to paint it more often than cedar but we prefer the look of tongue and groove so we're happy. Lasko also sourced and replaced a load-bearing column which was rotting at the base. We were afraid the new column would differ greatly from one on the other side of the porch but you really can't tell the difference. It looks great. We will be using Lasko again in the future, I'm sure.

Our experience with Luc and his crew was positive from start to finish. Luc was on time and for our meeting to create an estimate (which isn't always the case with other companies) and the emailed estimate was clear and concise. We have another flat roof that we were concerned about and thought might need replacing but he was honest and assured us it was fine. This saved us from doubling the price of the job! Luc's crew was prompt and always left the work site clean. We would recommend Luc to our friends and family.
