DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE> showed up 5 hours late and with an 18ft truck when i was promised a 26ft truck. Had to fight for a 5% discount for my trouble. Office staff are rude - Michelle, SImba and Thea. Customer service does not matter to these people! ONLY $$$

Metropolitan Movers has never been late for 5hours and we even call before and the day of the move upon dispatch so they know our movers are on its way. If you can please contact us, then provide your name and the exact moving date so we can look closely and check if this was really done by our company. Thanks.
