Starting with Shawn Corbett and his knowledge and after many questions we decided on the windows that work for us. He was pleasant and very helpful. Then Melissa called with to arrange the installation booking. She was very courteous. Finally there was Pierre who called and set the exact time to instal the windows. He was very pleasant, punctual and enjoyable to work with. He and his crew are very skilled at installing windows and did an excellent job which was timely and efficient. The quality and price was great and looks like a million dollars. I am so pleased that I got my windows from FM Industries and am extremely happy with the results. Ron Rowe
