PURCHASED A SOFA WHICH LITERALLY FELL APART AT THE SEAMS IN LESS THAN A YEAR. ALEXIS, WHO IS THE MOST USELESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER, SENT AN ARROW EMPLOYEE TO COME AND FIX THE DAMAGE. AT THE FIRST VISIT, THE ARROW EMPLOYEE STATED THE SOFA SHOULD BE REPLACED AS IT WOULD KEEP FALLING APART EVEN IF FIXED!!! AFTER 6 MONTHS OF GOING BACK & FORTH WITH ARROW, I WAS EVENTUALLY GIVEN A "NEW" SOFA, BUT NOT WITHOUT BEING ADVISED THAT "NOTHING LASTS FOREVER"!! THAT SPEAKS VOLUMES ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS!!
