Reliance Water heater repair man, red tagged our gas water heater because they said we had a blocked chimney. Owen the office manager and senior tech came to my mother-in-law home and inspected the whole exhaust system and he determine that there was no blockage. My mother-in-law was without hot water for one week by this time. To insure we had no problem with the Reliance techie, he gave us his personal contact info, so that we could have Reliance contact him on the weekend. This company clearly goes the extra mile and has made a customer for life.

Thanks for the wonderful review, Kevin! A lot of the time, gas technicians don't necessarily understand pressure systems in the house and so there are a lot of false positives that can sometimes leave you in the lurch. I'm glad we were able to get you all sorted so quickly. - Owen

My project was professionally completed as quoted and within a reasonable time frame. Installers arrived when scheduled and they completed the work in a clean and timely manner. I would use this company again.
