I'm re-seeding my lawn, and need a lot of soil for the job. I've been waiting for the right time to do this and after reading the weather report, we know this weekend is the right time with good temperature and chance of rain. We placed order for a sack of soil and we got it delivered on time and at the right location in our driveway. And the soil quality is really good. I'd definitely recommend it to others.

My tenant called me about a pipe leaking under the kitchen sink. So I called Valentin and he was kind enough to meet me at the condo at a time that works well for me. It turns out the valve to the dishwasher is old, and the rubber is gone, and also the U-trap for the kitchen sink drain has completely calcified and is brittle to the touch. He replaced them both, and the workmanship is great. He also recommended me to change both of the main valves that comes into the kitchen, but since it would require shutting off the condo water main. I left this task to a later time.

Our A/C broke down during the summer, and we ask around for a few different quotes to replace it. Even though Spring Home did not provide the cheapest quote, but when Cy came over to explain the A/C system and also how the installation is going to be done, he is the only person who was able to point out what was not done properly in my previous HVAC installation. And explains how he would correct them when he installs the new system. After calculating the price of replacing A/C alone and having furnace replaced also, I have decided to replace both to take advantage of the full government rebate. On installation day, Randy, Tiger and Ali came over, they introduced themselves properly, and showed me where and how they are going to proceed with the installation. They clearly know what they are doing, and I am comfortable just letting them do their things while I work upstairs. The entire installation went smoothly, and they cleaned up the working area nicely. Before they leave, they explain to me how the new thermostat works, and gave me a tour of the new HVAC system. They took great care on the installation, and it's a nice feeling to know that I own a properly installed HVAC system at home now! It's been a month, and the new HVAC system is working great!
