Thanks for sending Shawn and Mark to fix our leaking vanity faucet. They replaced two faucet cartridges that we supplied. Access was very difficult and they had to use a channel lock to loosen-up a seized bolt. They also supplied and installed two shut-off valves. After they left we found an unforeseen problem. They came back the following day and took care of that problem. Shawn and Mark were very professional and I would recommend Gold Medal Plumbing.

Today I had a free roof inspection from RoofRepairs.Ca. I thought they would find something wrong to justify a charge. Their honesty impressed me enough that I wanted to give everyone the heads up about their integrity. Thank you Thomas, Sam and Sonam. I will be sure to call when I need some work to be done on my roof.

I had 4 new Samsung appliances to replace the existing:- -stove -dishwasher -over the range microwave -refrigerator + water/ice dispenser Nick from Metrowest Gas responded quickly and coordinated an appointment to suit us. Nick was very particular about details and I was at ease from the first phone call. A new water line had to be installed to run water from the basement, through the tiled kitchen floor to the refrigerator. Removal of the dishwasher revealed unorthodox DIY connections that were not viable for the new dishwasher and this required additional work. I was pleased that Nick was able to return the next day so we did not have to go without for very long. Nick and his assistant took the old appliances outside. They were very professional and I would not hesitate to call Metrowest Gas again. Thanks for a job well done!

I would like to give my highest recommendation for Mark of Baydoun Appliances. We had a GE Profile Fridge with a leaking water line that was extremely difficult to access. Another service company had failed twice before to fix this problem. Mark was punctual, courteous and he really knew his stuff. It would have been easier for him to add a new piece that would take longer and cost more; instead he reached into a difficult area and cut his finger in the process. This is a family business and Mark takes great pride in his work and it shows. Thank you Mark.

Early April 2012 Patterned Concrete Mississauga started a large project at our home. We had a double driveway, entrance with steps, side path and patio surrounding the pool with a new retaining wall at the back fence. We were able to work with the designs they provided to make quite a few adjustments, drawing upon their expertise to blend with our vision. Starting with excavation each aspect was handled by a different specialist crew. These crews were overseen by a project manager. As the work proceeded any concerns we had were addressed to our satisfaction. One of our main concerns was to make sure water was graded away from our house foundation. The work took 3 weeks to complete. We were impressed with how hard working and professional their employees were. When the backyard work was complete overall it looked quite bleak. However, once we painted the back fence, fixed the landscaping and installed a new pool liner everything pulled together and looks very nice. We receive many compliments. We waited for a whole year to pass before writing this review because we wanted to experience the result of all four seasons. As advised, we did not use salt on our driveway for the first winter. There was some ‘speckling’ on our driveway in April/May 2013 and Patterned Concrete Mississauga fixed this under warranty. We are pleased to recommend Patterned Concrete Mississauga.
