Bad experience with this company
Mess with me Worst service Ive experienced in a long time. Heat pump stopped working and called this company. They sent technician out who advised I needed new inner fan. Came and replaced the fan, but the remote didnt seem to work anymore and technician said I needed a new remote. Ordered a new remote and still did not operate heat pump. Called Shine back and they sent another technician who said the main board was gone and needed to be replaced. Second technician said the problem was not with the remote control. They ordered the part and set appointment time. I waited home from 12-4 and close to 4 they called and said technicians were stuck on large project and apologized and said they could come two days later between 12-4. Manager apologized and said that no matter what came across their table, they would make my appointment the priority. Waited today again between 12-4 and called them again at about 3:50 when nobody showed up, and the lady advised me that the technician was just finishing up another job and would be over within the hour. I could hear in her voice she sounded very unsure, and sure enough 10 mins later another staff member calls me says unfortunately the technician wont be able to make it and how bout we just book for tomorrow. I told her I had just wasted two days sitting at home waiting for a technician that apparently was never going to show, , ordered a remote I didnt need upon the advice of the first technician that came, and I was done. Im a pretty low maintenance guy and like to think Im pretty understanding, but this was hand down the worst service from any company Ive ever dealt with..
