Woke up at 6am to scratching in the walls of my house, used email quote form and within 6hrs they were on site. After walking them through the issues they got straight to work and within 2 hrs had put a solution to the issue in place, doing everything possible to minimize any damage despite the area being inaccessible. As promised within a week the pest problem was gone. Can't recommend enough.

Had an issue with something in our walls making a commotion - contacted Gates and while it took a few days to get our schedule aligned I eventually had Joe out who did a thorough inspection of our property, identifying a few possible points of entry and setting up one way doors. As well as rodent proofing a few potential entry points. He was very friendly and clearly explained every step. He followed up with two additional visits until it was determined that it was actually mice not squirrels as we suspected. He was able to deal with the problem with some traps and the service was concluded to our satisfaction.
