I've had some nightmares when hiring moving companies in the past so these guys were a breath of fresh air! When they first showed up I let them know that I had a boxspring that would need to be lowered from the second floor window (I knew from the move in that it wouldn't fit through the staircase). Kirill, the supervisor, didn't even blink. He said they had ropes on the truck and lots of experience with this type of thing and sure enough they were able to lower my boxspring safely to the ground. The rest of the move went flawless and no matter what I asked them to do they did it with a smile. In previous moves the movers would complain the whole day about heavy items or difficult access. The movers were so patient and professional and I will definitely be calling them the next time I move.
