We received our sofa cash paid on Sept 27th! Was delivered damaged and dirty! Customer rep came by, took pics and when we asked if we could reselect for a different sofa he said there was no problem, they would do it all the time. So we were very happy and went back to the store. We chose an another sofa but the salesrep said that we need an approval from the customer serv to reselect. So we called them an they told us that they don't approve it, they will fix our sofa! We called few times to check when the part will arrive, finally min Nov the lady on the phone told me that the part arrived long time ago (If I wouldn't have called, they wouldn't inform me!!!). So now since over 1 week I am trying to set an apt for them to come by and fix it, but there is only 1 person who can help me (that's ridiciolous). Because she's never available, we are leaving messages, but noone calls back! It's not acceptable that it takes 2 months to fix that sofa, hopefully they will come before Christmas! I would never buy at this place anymore!!! They're all very nice til you pay, after that noone will help you and noone will return your calls!!! I received a bedroom from Brick in Oct, there were few scratches, we called, few days later everything was fixed!!!! Arrow furn is cheaper but also the service!!!!
