Great service - these guys know their business and customer service. I hadn't had my ducts cleaned since I bought my house many many years ago. Now the air is fresh & clean at home. I will use them again & recommend them to my friends & family.

Everything was very professional and well done. When I called to book the appointment JP was very friendly and got my appointment booked for the next morning. Drainworks actually calls you 30 minutes before your appointment so you don't have to wait around. Armando was my service technician and he came in with booties even though my floor wasn't spotless. He gave me some options for dealing with the clog and remedied the issues. He also offered some additional services (wasn't pushy at all) and checked out some other drains. All in all a great experience even though I learned an expensive lesson, not to flush Q-tips down the toilet!
