Deposit taken. One of the outside window panes of our patio door shattered on June 27. On Jul 3 I ordered a replacement pane from Windows Medics for $755 and paid a $350 deposit on the understanding that it would take 6 weeks to receive the window. I was told to contact the installer Nasir. He has not once answered any of my texts. I followed up with the company at the end of August and was given an installation date of Sep 27 - a date that came and went with no communication from the company. I have contacted the company at least 5-6 times since then and always told someone will get back to me. Now I am facing winter with no outside patio window pane. Now I'm trying to get a refund so I can deal with another supplier - winter is coming.
