After shopping around different HVAC companies for a tankless water heater installation, we went ahead with Spring Home Heating & Cooling after a positive experience with Justin. He was upfront about costs and provided a lot of guidance to us as first-time homeowners. Shopping for water heaters can be daunting, especially if it's your first time. Justin's professionalism and transparency really won us over, and the price was also competitive to other quotes we received from the market. We had no issues with the installation team either, who efficiently installed the tankless heater and required exhaust piping. They were even nice enough to help us carry a shelf down to the basement! Overall, it was an excellent experience working with Spring Home Heating & Cooling - we will reach out to them again if we ever decide to replace our furnace!

We had Rodney and his team of professionals come in to smooth our ceilings and couldn't be happier with the results. They were able to remove the ceiling stucco cleanly with minimal dust (they use air scrubbers and a negative air pressure system). All the walls and areas that didn't need work were covered with plastic wrap to protect them. We were going to take out the flooring anyway so we told them not to bother protecting it, but I'm sure they would have wrapped that too if we had asked. He even offered to help us out with some of our drywall issues, which was above and beyond what we had discussed initially. Rodney was transparent, professional, and dependable throughout the project - the price was reasonable and I would consider it extremely good value for the service and job well done from the team. I will definitely reach out to Rodney again in the future for any ceiling or drywall related projects!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Hossein, Nuno, and the rest of the team. Hossein's experience in lighting is palpable - he provided us his expert opinion on the number and spacing of lights without pressuring us into anything. The work was completed on time and the end result is beautiful! He was even generous enough to help us replace some of the pendant lights in our home. We will be recommending them to all our friends and family!!
