Been using Milani for over a decade with overall positive experiences to date. However, after this last one I will not be using them again as some of my own parts for the project went missing after. I triple checked the room he worked in and went through the garbage bin twice to be sure. After reporting it to their customer service team, I was essentially told they asked their tech and he said he didn't take it, so there's nothing they can do for me... Disappointing.

Hired Herbertson and his team to lay concrete over our gravel driveway, replace the wooden tie retaining wall, and move a set of steps. He was super accommodating with the change requests as the work was already in progress. Prices were very reasonable and really appreciate their customer service focused approach. I've already recommended them to a few neighbours and friends!
