Overall an excellent experience. Sara the designer absolutely nailed it! She came to our home and in just over an hour created what we envisioned and required. We cannot thank her enough for professionalism and customer service pre, during and post installation. The installer, Arif, was meticulous, professional, attentive and patient. Being in condo has its challenges which he overcame with ease. My only constructive criticism, is that we needed 2 installers to lessen the time factor.
