Dwayne Culzac is knowledgeable, thorough, and provides exemplary customer service. I have an old furnace in a crawlspace - it's an unpleasant thing to work on and is getting twitchier in its age. I lost heat some time last night and woke to a freezing, February house. I called Dwayne at 8am. He called me back by 8:15 and worked out the time to visit for a consult at 10am. It proved to not be a fatal injury - an electrical short that he got working and had the house warm again by 10:30. He cautioned that the problem may rest with the circuit board itself and so he sourced the part, had it priced, and set me up with a colleague in case it died while he was out of town next week.

It's a bitter November day and my furnace has been off for 30 hours. Coming off my fifth call to customer service with another company I needed someone who was interested in actually solving my problem. I found Premi-Air due their rating on this site. My call was answered and I was transferred right away to Victor who made me his eyes and hands, diagnosed my problem, and solved it in under 10 minutes. No service call and the heat is back! I will be asking them to quote the new furnace I know I'll need in the next 2-3 years.
