Our washing machine has now been out of service for 7 weeks. The service techs have been here 3 times still not working. Have to wait another week for more parts. Went to London store and spoke to manager George who was less than helpful. He even threatened not to honor the warranty we paid extra for. He would not give me the name of the president of the company basically telling if I had a problem he was the one to deal with it. Sales service was great just hope you never have to service done. I have sent an email to the head office wanting contact from the president. I will update when they contact me. LOL

At Goemans appliances we take pride in providing the best possible service and when we fall short of that mark we work to fix it. In regard to the repair of your washer, a delay has taken place which has caused the repair to take longer than anybody would be happy with, however, it is something we have had little control over as the original part for repair came in faulty and required a re-order of that part. We understand it is extremely frustrating and have been working with you as well as the servicer in question in order to expedite things as best we can. This does require us to actually receive the part in question before we can do anything. The second replacement part is scheduled to come in this week and I believe we have already arranged a service appointment that fits your scheduling needs better to get the machine up and running. In regard to contact from Head office, we have been made aware that the Director of Sales is working to contact you directly on behalf of the President to address your concerns directly, we value all feedback from customers, good or bad and use that feedback to help us ensure we are doing things the right way. We thank you for your honest feedback and hope to resolve your concerns in the very near future.
