Me and my partner hired elite trade painting to paint our walls, ceilings, trim and doors in our newly purchased home. We have a two story detached home around 1800sqft with a finished basement. They did an excellent job with all the work and masked the whole home. We are now moved in and haven't found any areas we felt aren't 100%. They finished on budget and ahead of schedule, so you can't ask for better results than that. I would feel confident recommending Elite Trade Painting to friends or family if they are looking to get a professional paint job done.

Me and my partner hired Urban Piping to replace the Poly-B in our newly purchased detached home. Graham and the whole team at Urban Piping were great to work with. They finished ahead of schedule even with additional work driven by our home inspection, and a few upgrades. The final cost was exactly what they quoted, $12,000 for the Poly-B remediation. I would definately recommend Urban piping to anyone who is looking to have a complete Poly-B remediation. Their post work cleanup was also excellent. The home looked better than before they started. The the drywall areas where they needed to cut are basically impossible to spot after being repaired.

The whole team at Done Right Roofing helped me navigate a very complicated situation regarding hail damage. I needed an inspection on short noticed and they were went out of their way to fit me in not once but twice! I felt like they had my back throughout the whole process. Chris built a detailed quote for me to negotiate the cost of the damage to the home I was purchasing. Without all his and his teams work I wouldn't have been able to close the deal on my new home.
