Purchased hot tub. Never have all chemicals in stock...don't have a service tech to repair warranty issues. Worst part is I ordered a replacement cover in February of 2024. They made me prepay and said I would have cover by end of May. It is now end of September...no cover... getting the run around. Many people who worked there 2 years ago are gone. I have asked for a refund and was told they would get back to me and never have. Don't answer phone most of the time. Will not buy ANYTHING from there any more. Purchase chemicals elsewhere and have complained to the Hot Tub manufacturer about their dealer.
