I first used them to clean some area rugs and stair carpeting. I was happy with the results and the cleaning process. I had them come back and repair the grout in the bathroom and it has really made a difference to the appearance of that room.

Had a very thorough inspection and estimate done. Lots of followup on any questions I had about the pricing and sizing. Job was done to my satisfaction. It was a very professional experience.
