Installation was done poorly and not in keeping with what we asked for requiring another $1,000 in molding to be added to fix what was done. Customer service was great to begin with but when it comes to remedial work required, there was a lack of communication requiring us to follow up more than once. When work was finally scheduled, they were a no show. Still waiting for a time and date for their crew to fix their mistakes.
