Friendly and available to answer all my questions about the tub, maintenance, chemicals, etc. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to! Very excited to have a Hot Tub again and Solar Swim has absolutely made the purchase and delivery a smooth and easy one! Although the whole experience has been positive, what I think I am most happy about is the fact that they don't just sell you a tub and say good bye... instead, they encourage you to visit them for complimentary water testing and then teach you what you need to balance it properly. You never need to guess at the proper ratio of chemicals! On another note: By mistake I ordered a cover lifter that makes the cover sit up high and obstructs my view. As soon as it was installed I knew I really didn't like not being able to see past it. Without hesitation Solar Swim showed me some alternative options and swapped the lifter to a low-profile. Since I am curious about everything, I watched the installer work. He braced behind the brackets to ensure there won't be future sagging. Thanks to Solar Swim, I'm a Happy Hot-Tubber!
