Called about no hot water Aug 10th or 11th. First tech person diagnosed the problem incorrectly which sent the ball rolling in the wrong direction. The second tech did not seem interested and said he had to go for parts. He called later in the day to say the repair was rescheduled for the next day between 1 and 5pm. A third tech showed up the next day at 11:45. He said that dispatch was sending him elsewhere and he left. Finally later in the day a fourth tech arrived, waited for the new tank to be delivered and did the install. Aug 21st at 6 pm we finally had hot water. Do us a favor. Go home and shut your hot water off for 12 days and then give us a phone call. Will be very interested to here your story. Our number is on file with you.
