Foamit.ca was one of few companies that responded to my request for quote on spray foaming walls in a unfinished basement and I'm very pleased that I have decided to have them handle this project. Right from beginning I was very pleased with the professionalism of the company. When I called there was an actual person to pick up the phone(that's always a good sign) and shortly after speaking with Nadia about my project, I got a call from Dino to schedule his visit for an estimate. Dino was very knowledgeable and explained to me the whole project and after about 15 minutes he was able to give me a rough estimate. The actual estimate that I got over email was pretty much the same. When it came to scheduling the actual job, the company was flexible to accommodate my requirement and schedule the job in about 4 weeks. On the day of the actual spraying of the basement walls (framing and electrical was done), Dylan and his partner came on time and we went over the details in the basement as there were several spots where I needed them to be careful with spraying in order to maintain access or keep the foam within certain limit. I'm very pleased to say that they have done an excellent job. The foam was sprayed evenly everywhere, the frame around windows and doors were done cleanly, and those special spots were done exactly as I have requested. They also ran their hoses through basement window instead of doors to keep the house clean. Overall, I can confidently recommend Foamit.ca to anyone. And finally, cost wise, Foamit had the most reasonable price.

Right from the very first meeting with Danny from Roofs on Homes(City 1 Roof Works) it was clear that this company knows their stuff and are serious about delivering exceptional service. Danny took his time to inspect our roof thoroughly, his assesment of the roof condition was precise and he offered several options for the re-roofing. We have spent quite some time discussing the different options for the materials from underlayment, to shingles and venting. He ensured that we understood what needs to be done and what is the most appropriate material/part. Once we have decided to give the job to Roofs on Homes, Danny provided us with addresses of homes in our area where we could see different shingle colors so we can make the right decission for our home. On the day of re-roofing, the workers arrived early and were pretty much finished by end of the day. There was a light drizzle towards the end of the day so the forman of the crew decided that he will come another day to finish parts of caulking because it will stick better to dry shingles. He came on Sunday and finished the job. Also, the crew noticed a gap between the house wall and garage part of the roof and installed a new 2x4 in there to better support the shingles. The builder didn't care about the gap but Roofs on Homes crew did! Once all the work was done, one of the roofers spent a good half an hour cleaning up with a magnetic broom and another roofer used the a blower/vacuum to remove the dust from our deck. With the tarps all around the deck, it was all clean when the crew left. The whole crew has shown a great attention to detail and they have gone above and beyond of simply re-roofing. I can recommend this company to anyone for their roofing needs.
