The people from Logik were fantastic to work with, from the owner to all the workers. We had our attic insulation and basement wall insulation done by them. Both Danielle the owner and Gus the salesman were very responsive to our inquiries. The installers were all happy and energetic when they showed up, which was a great sign. It was a large team of workers, and they all knew their responsibilities and made minimum disturbance to the house. Both the workers and the machine they used seemed highly efficient. Everything was done within 1.5 hours. They also ensured everything was cleaned up and the carpet was vacuumed before they left. I highly recommend this company.

We had the double-pane glass insert of a small window (~20"x60") replaced by Snap. They did a decent, no hassle job, with in-home measurement and installation. They did not bother with a deposit, even though they were ordering the glass for us from a factory. Just one quote on the day of measurement and one payment on the day of installation. I found this refreshing.

We were moving into a house and had the 2nd floor carpet replaced. We found Alliance from Homestars and have been very happy with them. Lehel, the owner, and Susan, the sales representative, are excellent individuals. They are extremely pleasant to be around and are very patient to give us personalized information on different flooring options and the finer differences between different materials. The educational experience has been quite enjoyable. In the end, they were able to find us an excellent deal from Beaulieu on a top-of-the-line but discontinued model, which was cheaper yet of better quality than the model we initially wanted. Furthermore, they helped us meet our tight move-in schedule by booking alternate carpet installers when their own were unavailable. On installation day, it turned out that Beaulieu had mixed in a roll of wrong carpet (same colour, lower quality) in their shipment; Lehel and Susan dealt with it professionally and got us proper replacements within a week. The new carpet is now one of the best parts of the house that we enjoy. We highly recommend Alliance's services.
