I have dealt with many contractors over the years, with new builds and remodels and I will tell you I have never had such a horrible experience as I have had with Distinctive Kitchens. Sure they love you when your spending thousands building a new kitchen, but once you need a replacement part they don't know you, they don't care about you and they begin to nickel and dime you. Their receptionist is the rudest person in a customer service position I have ever met. The owner refuses to talk to you and thinks you will go away if he shaves off a dollar or two for parts that are supposed to be under a lifetime warranty. I was willing to pay, but what he didn't understand and wouldn't because he refused to take a minute out of his time to speak to a customer is that it's not about the money but the principle of things. I urge you to take your business somewhere else.

Some said it would cost hundreds to repair and others said it would be thousands to replace. Ron was able to fix it for less then any other quote and had it done within a day. Great service, reasonable rates. You can't ask for more.

Received many quotes from the biggest to the smallest contractors and by far Orzech was the most reasonably priced and professional of all of them. The work was done ahead of schedule and was to full satisfaction.
