Called Dodd’s because I had used them before to fix a spring. As a single woman I’m used to companies trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge in certain aspects of home repair. Dodd’s doesn’t do that. They assess the problem, only fix what’s necessary for very reasonable cost in a very timely manner, and make suggestions (ie. this door is very old, very cheap as I inherited from previous home owner) on options for a new door down the line. Both service calls, I had Art. He’s awesome. Highly recommend him and Dodd’s to anyone needing garage door repairs or replacement.

Removed and replaced existing vinyl siding, added styrofoam insulation. Removed and replaced eavestroughs and downspouts. We've done many renovations over the past 2 years and this one was the smoothest yet. That was all due to Serge's planning and communication. He discovered some wood rot (that we expected) and repaired that at a minor upcharge. Even with the extra work and challenges with Mother Nature, he still completed the project within his original timeline. Upon completion, he did a throughout walk through with me to ensure I was happy with everything. His work is meticulous and he and his team are extremely professional and courteous. I cannot recommend Serge and All County Aluminum enough!

I found Canadian Roofing Company on Home Stars and called them last winter when I had a small leak caused by an ice dam. Jason quickly called me back, took the time to explain the situation to me and how to prevent it from happening again even though I wasn't getting any work done at the time. That customer service led me to get a quote from him for a full roof replacement this summer. His quote was thorough and matched everything that the other companies quoted but was significantly less in cost. He was on holidays overseas when the job was being done which made me slighly nervous, but I didn't need to be. His foreman Steve and the rest of the team completed the job quickly and thoroughly, kept me informed of progress, gave me options when they discovered some unexpected wood rot and cleaned up completely before leaving. Jason came to check out the job once he was back from holidays and fixed a couple of minor things he noticed. I'm now referring him to 2 neighbours that need work on their roof and eaves. (The only reason they didn't get 10 was because they were a little delayed in getting started as they were busy with other jobs). Great work, professional team members and excellent customer service.
