My story seems similar to many other disapointed users... I called them as i was having a problem with my gas oven starting and told them I think I need a igniter switch. The guy showed up when he said he would and I told him what i thought the problem was and his response was "I forgot to get one and don't have any in my truck". I said I told your answering service that this was the problem. He agredd that he knew that but didnt come prepared. At that point I should have said "what are you doing here then" but decided to just let him look and sure enough his response was "looks like you need an igniter". Arrggg. Ok, so I can have one for you next week and the cost will be $525. WHAT??? That is half the price of my stove which is only 3 years old. With that he took my $150 for telling me what I already knew. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone I know. I then asked for a card so I could send his boss a note and he said he doesn't have a card as they wont give him cards. Unfortunately, my local appliance repair guy was on holidays, but I have learned to just stick with the guy who I know and is fast, fair and not gauging his customers.
