Learned about this company on internet; ordered two louvred closet double doors and shutters for a large window; these all looked so good that we ordered additional three large window shutters and one bay window shutters. The company characteristics: precision, precision, and precision. All the windows and closet doors installed throughout the apartment considerably improved the apartment's esthetics and value. Don't hesitate.

We had a problem - a squirrel cut through shingles and started accommodating herself in our attic. A very adamant one. We called Scott - he and his partner showed up next half-day, installed a one-way door, got the squirrel out in a few days, then later closed the entrance hole permanently. One month later the squirrel came back and cut another hole - Scott came back immediately and repeated the process. He did not charge us a cent for this second event. These guys are pleasant, punctual, highly professional, effective, do not overcharge, and keep their word. We highly highly recommend them.

We ordered installation of a sump pump and a backwater valve. For the valve they had to break the concrete laundry room floor to locate the discharge sewage pipe - they dug a hole 2ft by 4ft, 2 ft deep but still no pipe (evidently the pipe was running under the foundation). Think of the mess in the laundry room! Well, they filled the hole back and cemented the floor, but did not charge us anything since they said it was their fault (not to find the pipe) !! And when they finally left the laundry room - it was cleaner than before. These people are highly professional, honest, pleasant, reliable, clean, considerate, and do the job effectively with outstanding workmanship. What else could you wish for?
