Unreasonable customer services
I want to replace my door and windows of my house and referred by my neighbor to reach out Clerawindows. I called and left voice message directly to the sales rep used by my neighbor on 6 Jul but didn't receive any feedback. Then I called the inquiry hotline on 8 and 9 Jul 3 times for my request and didn't receive any response within 24hrs by their service commitment. On 10th, the sales rep called me back to make appointment on 11th but he didn't show up by the schedule and can't be reached. Until 15th, I didn't receive any follow up call from either the sales rep and others by my request to the general inquiry hotline. I really don't know how to ask for services (quotation) from this company.
