Fixed our shower faucet for free
Crystal Waters always has the clients interest at heart. When called at Christmas, the after hours technician showed me a partial solution that would allow delaying the service call so it would be performed at regular rate rather than premium. Sr one call recently was to replace shutoff valve that I was told by another plumber to replace. Lex from Crystal checked valve and said it was perfectly fine. Lex also fixed our shower faucet for no charge. Great company with excellent staff.
