Julian and his team were excellent. I needed some outlets added and some specific custom outdoor electrical work done. Friendly and helpful, they worked with me on what I needed and offered suggestions that were great. Price was very reasonable for the work done and they finished it on time and on budget. Highly recommended them!
Was recommended Williams by a family member, and got them to quote after getting 3 quotes from other HVAC companies. The other companies were just fine and their pricing was good, but Don took the time to really go over the details, doing a load calculation for the house (only 1 other company did this essential calculation) and offered a great product at a great price. The warranty on the Daiken unit they recommended was better than the warranty on the units the others were quoting, and I didn't need to buy and extended warranty. Their installation warranty was better too. They came in on the scheduled day, put it in quickly and carefully, doing a very clean and neat job. Walked through the operation and info about the A/C unit, took away the old unit and parts and cleaned up before they left. Very professional job. Came back a week later to check operation and see that everything was working properly, adjusted the unit a little to make it quieter which was much appreciated. (It was already a very quiet unit) Highly recommend them.

Showed up on time, E-mailed to confirm day-of and then called to confirm when they were on their way. Checked over the pile, confirmed the quote, told me what they'd do and made sure I was ok with the price..Big job, but they finished it quickly and took away everything I asked them to take. Confirmed I was satisfied when they were done and even swept up the leftover debris and dirt. Great job. Highly recommended!

Needed to move from Calgary to Airdrie. After 20 years, we had a lot of stuff that needed to go and it was really more than should fit in one move. Brandon was very responsive to my e-mails, looked at the pictures I sent him of the rooms of equipment, and replied quickly with a quote. Prices were good, so we agreed on a date and booked his service. On moving day, he arrived on time, came with 2 additional helpers and everyone got to work right away. They very carefully wrapped all the furniture so it wouldn't get damaged, and worked quickly and efficiently to move everything to the truck. Even though the path to the truck at our house is not very easy to maneuver, they didn't complain, just kept working until it was all done. Even though Brandon said that he didn't think it could be all done in one truckload, he got almost everything in. Amazing work. At the new house, they put down runners so the new carpets wouldn't get dirt on them, they quickly loaded everything in, set up the couches, beds and desks. They finished the job in less time than quoted and I was as pleased as could be! Overall, Brandon and his team were very professional, quick, friendly and thorough. City Boss did a fantastic job. I interviewed 4 companies and had them all quote on the job. Some came in lower, some higher, but none had the enthusiasm, confidence and customer service of City Boss. Jordan had the quote ready, answered all my questions, offered suggestions and options, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He followed up to see if I had any further questions (none of the other bidders did) and once I agreed to having them do the job, he gave me the timeline and we signed the contract, he answered any more questions and was very thorough. On the day of the job, his crew showed up on time, finished the job in less time than he had said and cleaned up the area perfectly. 2 of our neighbours hired City Boss as well, one at the same time, the other after he saw what a good job they did. I highly recommend this company. They understand what good service is all about.

We had an emergency in the middle of winter when our furnace motor gave out. It was cold and we were worried that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed quickly, or if we did, we would be ripped off. Not with Dr. Heat! When we called, Dan answered and asked a few questions about what was wrong and what kind of furnace it was. Dan himself showed up within 2 hours with a replacement furnace motor, did the repair quickly and inexpensively. Best of all he was friendly, qualified, professional and DIDN'T TRY TO UPSELL us! Honest, quality work. Later, when we needed our ducts cleaned, we called again. They said that they don't do that, but recommended a company that did a great job. Highly recommended! We will definitely use Dr. Heat again whenever we need HVAC work.
