Our 2nd level deck was leacking, sagging, and full of rotten wood. It's was torn apart, rebuilt and modified for a longer life. This included composite materials, additional water proofing against the house, reinforced joists and support beams. This was a major restoration. In the end the deck is extraordinarily straight and angled perfectly. The new railing matches the angles of the house and literally looks perfect. Neighbour's have stopped by to ask questions and admire the work... house value is increased and I never have to worry about this deck again!
