I contacted "these architects (TA) to quarterback my renovation. We immediately clicked, and I knew that we were on the same page from a design perspective. I was looking for a modern spin on an old traditional post-war home—and we accomplished that on-budget, on-time, while creating a truly modern home that I know will stand the test of time. The firm was hands-on consulting and collaborating with me on the design, to ensure that we stayed within the bounds of our budget, while still delivering a satisfying result. Soon after, the vision was transposed into CAD drawings that we could review together along with the general contractor. This was key to ensuring that all parties were on the same page. And DNA impressed the contractor by providing enough details to facilitate accurate cost estimates—and reducing the potential of scope creep. Throughout the process TA helped me understand the proposed layout and select appropriate finishes. Weekly onsite visits ensured everything was going to plan, and it provided assurance that my investment was responsibly managed. The final result is a well executed design made possible by TA which had a unifying vision for the house. By deliberately demonstrating restraint, they created a fresh and modern look—exactly what I wanted. Everything fit together properly. Great flow. Integrated. Beautiful. Kal at Centremark, helped me stage my house and did the challenging work, so I could focus on the design. Picture hanging is not as easy as it looks. I've done it before, but it was difficult to get it right--especially on the first go. Kal is a pro that does this everyday. So he does it with high ease, and has all the necessary tools and equipment. Second, I ordered a house full of furniture from Structube, and he put it all together for me--fast and efficient. Professional. Quick. Experts. Originally, I called them only to put in the posts for my fence. I wanted to save some money. But inquired about their fence building capabilities--and they said they could do it. I was hesitant to go with them, as they really specialize in post holes, but was willing to take a leap of faith. They were organized from the back-end office process part, to when they arrived at my house. Fully equipped with pro machinery and a crew of 3. In 5 hours they finished a beautiful fence. So happy with high grade of materials they used and quality of their workmanship. Put these guys on your go-to list for building your entire fence. You won't regret it. Money well spent.
