Horrible customer service. The sales employee Ryan was excellent at his job and thats why we were confident that we would have a great experience with Durabuilt however then we encountered problems and supervisor and manager Jeff and Jacob were both horrible. Went behind my back to a window cleaner and wouldnt pay them to complete the job and said see if she notices. I got told by management that it was none of my business and that I was being unreasonable. I am still shocked at how I have been treated.
