Needed to get our Plum, Cherry, and Pear trees sprayed due to worms in our fruit. I was recommend to this company from my neighbor who said he used to use them all the time. Called and they came right out. Price was right and our trees were great this year.
We were out of town one weekend and got a call from our son informing us that the AC wasn't coming on in the house. Being late Saturday afternoon, I said call some AC companies and see who could come out that day. He called us back immediately and let us know that Rapid Cool was on their way. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem, fix it and give the AC a quick servicing. Being that it was late on a Saturday and I only dealt with them over the phone I was very satisfied with the service once I returned home to my nice cool house. Price was a little high, but I chalk it up to weekend premium and being a RUSH job.
Need to pave my gravel driveway. Called 3 companies to come by and give me quotes. I let they know they were competing with each other and that I still needed quality work done with the correct thickness. Not like the fly by night guys that just put half an inch and your driveway is no good the next year. Kamloops Asphalt came in with the best rate and they were ready to go to work the following week. They showed up when promised, hauled away the old gravel/weeds, put down fresh road base and then packed down some beautiful asphalt. Very happy with job they did and it is holding up great.
Garage Door Repair/Door Opener Installation
My Garage door was off track and the wheels were all busted up. I tried to repair myself, but only made it worse. Stopped in to see these guys one morning and they had me fixed with a new garage door opener that afternoon. Very happy with the speed of service, however, I think I was overcharged for the service. Did do my regular due diligence of getting a couple quotes with this one.
Had a couple of companies come by and give quotes for our interior painting. These guys came in at the best price and the quality of the job was top notch. They spent a week in our house in total, prepping, priming painting a couple coats and came back to do complementary touch-ups after our furniture mover marked up one of freshly painted walls. Top notch service, and friendly staff.
We need some new window fashions for our remodeled house. We heard about this company through word of mouth. Set up an appointment and ended up getting all the blinds for our entire house at the cost we budgeted for just our upper level. The blinds did take a lot longer then expected to come in but once they were in they were installed immediately. On one of windows there was an accent piece missing and it was no hassle getting that ordered and installed at no extra charge.
The main part of our bathroom renovation was a custom shower which required custom glass and custom shower doors. They consulted with us and set up a time to come and do all the measurements immediately. After the measurements, they provided us with a quote for the work and the installation that was bang on. We were extremely happy with the work and how fast they were able to deliver.
Shopped around for our bathroom plumbing and lighting fixtures and B.A. Robinson had the best selection of quality fixtures we were looking for in stock. When we changed our minds on one of faucets it was no problem bringing it back and selecting a new one. They were very helpful and patient with what we needed from them.

Helped convert our 1980's home into a modern masterpiece. We removed walls and opened up the kitchen, put in a custom Island, removed doors, and put in French patio doors, complete flooring, installed custom shower, moved all bathroom fixtures. I was very pleased with all their work and would recommend them to anybody.
After shopping around for months, my wife and I finally decided on the type and color of flooring we wanted for our house. We picked a European Walnut laminate that had some sort of anti-bacterial finish on it which is great for the kids. The process of ordering it and receiving our order was simple and the staff were extremely helpful in each step along the way. The kicker was they gave us triple Aeroplan miles when we purchased is so now we can go on a trip too.
We needed to find tiles for our entry way. After shopping around we found the staff at the Tile and Stone Factory Outlet to be very knowledgeable and patient with us. We selected a few samples to take home and see how they would match up with our colors. When we returned we found the process of putting our order in and receiving our tiles to be seamless.
Order custom blinds from Home Depot and was an OK experience. We went a couple of time and found it difficult to have someone help us and answer our questions. When we finally found the right person it made it all worthwhile and we received our blinds a week later.
