New home builder with respect to windows and doors
As a smaller home builder, there are always struggles with respect to competing against the continually growing giant corporations in Canada today. It seems that these building companies continue to focus on saving every penny as long as they meet minimum code standards and the customer doesn't really understand what quality should be as long as the home looks good when they finalize the deal. We choose to lead and not follow bad examples which is why we recently changed our supplier for windows and doors because we felt that our customers deserved better value for the most important purchase in their life and future to come. We researched five respectable window and door manufacturers and decided to purchase our requirements from Pollard Windows in Burlington. Telly Stogious, our sales representative is not your typical sales agent. He listens, gives you what you need and doesn't try to sell you a bag of goods just because your in the mind set to buy product. Further, he didn't treat us as a small volume purchaser but instead with the same respect and advantages as bigger builders. I admit that Pollard was definetly not the cheapest quote amongst other competitors, but at least we don't find ourselves constantly tweaking and fixing door and window issues throughout not only the building stage but through the first months of occupancy. I'm still going to challenge Telly on pricing but for the time being l'm proud to say " OUR HOMES ARE BUILT WITH POLLARD WINDOWS".
