Tony came within a day of requesting the service and removed a big wasp nest that had formed above our garden door just below the roof. He also cleaned up the area and was very professional and nice. The company gives a 6 month warranty to retreat same area/spot. When some very persistent wasps came back to start building another nest on the same spot, Tony came back right away and got rid of the new nest and put a poweder on as well to make sure they won't reestablish a nest again. We are very pleased with this company and Tony's very prompt and professional service.

Mordecai and Dan came to clean our windows the other day. Overall, I was very pleased, as they were very professional and curteous and when asked to go over a spot again, they did right away. The only two thing I was not pleased with was the time they arrived. I was told to expect arrival between 9 and 12pm and the only arrived at 3pm. I had to call the office a few times and each time I was given a different time. Other than that it was fine. Make sure you check that team cleans screens as well or any other items you want cleaned. Some teams do screens, some don't. The company does follow up to make sure you are satisfied withe the service

Both Jeff and Jesse were excellent and very professional and went above and beyond to remove our "junk", such as old furniture which was not light. They were very polite, fast and efficient and cleaned up afterwards. I will for sure use this company again (and I have used another company just 2 years ago which was not that efficient at all and not much cheaper)
