Took a chance on Plumber MD after reading Home Star reviews and did not have any regrets at all. Spoke with Taylor? who was pleasant and professional. Will be calling on them again to install furnace humidifier and would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.
Renters complained furnace was not responsive. Contacted Distinct Heating and Cooling and spoke with Nate (owner?). He was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Ed was the assigned furnace technician and he was not only courteous but also very knowledgable. Overall I was impressed with this company's communication and professionalism; so much that I am getting them to come in to give me a quote to replace the furnace in my own home. I highly recommend contacting Distinct Heating and Cooling if you have any furnace issues.

Amazing and painless. Filled out an online booking form at 9pm the night before and received a phone call first thing in the morning to confirm appointment slot. The repairman arrived when he said he would and was very professional and courteous. He was more than happy to explain what needed to be fixed and the cost involved. He even had the part available.
