Saul and Jose didnt only do a terrific job: they were also very respectful of our mature perennial garden. Not a leaf was damaged! They were also a pleasure to work with. From our first communication enquiring about repair/replacement of eaves troughs, through to the completion of the job, Philip was terrific to deal with. We needed a small portion of our eaves troughs replaced and he was clear about what needed to be done. He didn't try to upsell us. The four person work crew were fast, professional, and as it's currently raining heavily...they solved the problem of the leaking sections. Philip also texted updates on crew arrival (they were stuck in traffic), which we appreciated. Highly recommended!

Raccoons had shredded one of our screens in an attempt to get into our house. They had also damaged three other window screens, to a lesser degree. I contacted Chris, who gave me a time and date to do a site visit, within a few days of the phone enquiry. He arrived with his son Hayes, punctually, and they repaired the smaller damages on site right away. Two of the screens required re-framing, and Chris gave me a time frame that was exactly followed for the return of the re-built units. The pricing was fair. The work was great. Chris and Hayes are pleasant, respectful, skilled men. I recommend them and their work enthusiastically.

The urban wildlife (raccoons) have been doing damage to our roof, window screens, eavestroughing downspouts. Gates representative Jake was able to assess how they were accessing our second and third floor and offer suggestions on how to deter them climbing. He also suggested screening possible common points of entry: roof vents and bathroom exhaust pipes. He was able to do the installation of the screens right away. Very professional, knowledgeable, and resourceful.

Raccoons were congregating on my roof, doing damage by ripping shingles and tearing away at caulking. I had hired Ilir and his company to re-do a flat section of my roof a couple of years ago and had been very pleased with their work and their work ethic, so I contacted him to see if this type of small repair was something they would undertake. Ilir not only repaired the areas I could see, but also, after taking and showing me photographs of additional damage I couldn't see without being up on the roof, targeted other areas that if left unrepaired would have resulted in leaks. He and his colleagues completed the work quickly as they were genuinely concerned about my home. This work was done in November 2020. In April 2021, the raccoons returned and again they damaged areas of the roof, and tried to tear their way through the seal to our skylight. I had initially contacted Ilir to see if he would repair some leaking eavestroughing/downspouts, and while on the roof, he was able to alert me to this new raccoon damage. Of course, he and his colleagues fixed everything. Ilir genuinely cares about his customers, and he and his company are trustworthy and capable. I recommend them for both big and small jobs. Each service call cost approximately $400 plus the cost of a package of shingles.

Oleg and his co worker installed a new door opener and new door for us. His advice was excellent and the work was done efficiently, with no mess. We are pleased with the outcome and recommend the company for small repairs as well. Before we arranged for this new installation, we used GDG twice for repairs on our old (25 years old more or less) door opener. They kno their stuff and are pleasant to work with too!

We are extremely pleased with the work. Abraham is a pleasure to deal with. He is respectful, honourable, and knowledgeable. Instead of up selling us new carpeting, he explained that our existing carpeting was in excellent condition except for the need to stretch it to get rid of bumps/trip hazards. He arranged a mutually convenient time for the work, followed up with a reminder call, arrived on time, completed the work quickly, with no mess. When the time comes for us to get new carpets, we will definitely call Abraham! We recommend Multiple Choice Flooring enthusiastically and without reservation.

Brian responded to my email enquiry about a small repair job on our brickwork almost immediately. He set up a time to come by within a few days, arrived on time, offered good advice, and calculated a reasonable quote. The work was done by David, who not only did a terrific job, he also was such a clean worker that there was no need to do any clean up after he left. A pleasure to work with these folks. I recommend them without reservation! UPDATE: We hired Cummins Restoration a second time to repair the stonework on our front steps. David and Evan did the work beautifully, cleaned up afterwards. They even did more than agreed upon, as they found a few stones needed to be re-set, and a few bricks needed to be replaced. These folks always go the extra mile, and are a pleasure to work with, at a competitive price. I give them my highest recommendation.

Danny was accommodating, helpful, on time, easy to communicate with...and the work was terrific. He made useful suggestions, didn't try to upsell for a larger project that wasn't needed (as other companies tried to do). The driveway repairs look great and will hopefully put off having to repave the entire driveway for another few years. When we do need a new driveway, we will call SealAllPavement. His price was also very reasonable. I recommend this company highly.
